If there is not a discount there is no need for you to let him use the home. If you have a deal made with the builder to buy the home you have a say so in him showing it. Some of the people might want to know what the layout of the home is so they can go back and take things. And they are tracking dirt around on the floors.

It is well known that the human body is a good sound dampener, so that is a good excuse to have some in the studio. Of course, you will want the kind that has those big, absorbant cones on the front.

It’s worth a shot.

By far the cheapest option is egg carton bottoms. The egg “dips” absorb extra sound. Like eggs?
