5:12 is a job for Better Homes & Gardens hahaha. (Sorry, I’m also a craft nut).
The Aboriginal art print is awesome! Of course, if I did it, I’d have probably sourced some binary print material (to match my binary print slanket [snuggie]). Nerdy!

It’s called Reverberation! REPEAT! Reverberation! Wrong terminology :P
I should send you my DIY studio setup assignment I did for AV installs class. The doona was optional!

“Reverb a problem? STICK A DOONA IN THE CORNER!”

I like the black ones, but the fish-lookin’ ones I don’t like. You did a great job putting those together. I want to do it, but I have nowhere to put them with panel walls and ceiling xD.

You are staple-happy, my friend. It happens to me as well every time I decide to wield a staple gun :)

By far the cheapest option is egg carton bottoms. The egg “dips” absorb extra sound. Like eggs? :-)

  19. CampKohler says:

It is well known that the human body is a good sound dampener, so that is a good excuse to have some in the studio. Of course, you will want the kind that has those big, absorbant cones on the front.

    It’s worth a shot. :-)
